Although an appointment is not a must, an appointment is preferred. In the occasion where our appointments are full, we will have to turn away walk-ins. So to avoid disappointments, please do make an appointment here.

Different hair and scalp varies from person to person. Hence, we’d usually recommend to book a free consultation appointment with us before deciding on any treatment. This allows any clarifications to be made. Our hair stylists will then be able to advise and recommend the most suitable treatment to Beautify your Crown.

Alhamdulillah, yes, they are. Our products are halal-certified and organic, not consisting of impermissible ingredients. Hence, water permeability is not affected, in shaa’ Allaah. For more information, kindly ask our stylists when you are at our salon.

Bleaching is only done for Creative Colours to achieve bright & vivid colours. Kindly take note that results may vary depending on individual’s existing hair colour and porosity, ie; more than one-time bleaching may be required if needed.

Basic Colours are natural-looking colours whereas Creative Colours require bleaching and offers a wider range of colours to choose from for that hair makeover!

As a Muslimah salon serving exclusively ladies, spouses are not allowed to enter beyond the front counter. Spouses may wait for their Queens at the lounge area beside the front counter. Apart from spouses, we do not recommend to bring company as we have to strictly adhere to the current Covid-19 restriction guidelines. We seek and thank you for your understanding about our crowd control management and social distancing policy.

Children below the age of 7 are allowed to enter our salon premises.

It is highly recommended for our Queens to be fully-vaccinated prior to patronising at ‘Iffah Muslimah. However, if you are partially-vaccinated, do state in the remarks section when booking a hair date or inform us via our mainline.
